Terms of Service.

By creating an account or using Blimp, you agree to these terms. If you're using Blimp on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing for that organization. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You need to be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live. If you're not, ask a parent or guardian to set things up with you.

Blimp lets you build AI agents, talk to them in your browser, and — if you choose — put them on a messaging app like Telegram. The agents run on third-party AI models and are provided on a best-effort, as-is basis.

We promise reasonable system availability — that the platform stays up and your agents respond — not any specific answer, result, or business outcome. We won't tell you an agent is perfect, guaranteed, or a replacement for professional judgment. It's a capable tool, not an oracle.

Don't use Blimp, or the agents you build with it, for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive. That includes harassment, malware, fraud, or generating content that exploits or endangers people.

Every agent runs behind fixed safety guardrails it can't be talked out of. Trying to jailbreak an agent, make it leak its instructions, or push it past those rules is a breach of these terms. So is deliberately wasting resources — automated hammering, token-burning loops, or running an agent purely to drive up usage.

Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or probe the platform for weaknesses, and don't resell access as if it were your own infrastructure.

You're responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Keep your login private, along with any API keys or bot tokens you connect. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access.

You're also responsible for the agents you create and how they behave within their guardrails — the instructions you give them are yours.

Each agent has a per-agent daily message cap so that one account can't starve the platform for everyone else. These limits keep the service fast and affordable, and they apply automatically.

We may adjust limits as the product grows, and we'll aim to be reasonable and transparent when we do. Sustained attempts to evade a limit may lead to throttling or suspension.

You own the content you put into Blimp and what your agents produce for you. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service — to store your agent's setup and memory, pass your messages to the AI model, and show the results back to you.

We don't sell your data. What we collect, why, and how long we keep it lives in the Privacy Policy.

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Treat what an agent says as a helpful draft, not a final authority. Verify anything that matters — legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical — with a qualified human before you act on it.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blimp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top and, where it matters, give you notice. Continuing to use Blimp after a change means you accept the updated terms.
