Acceptable Use Policy.

You can build and run your own AI agent on Blimp. This page says what you can't do with one, and what happens if you try. Short and honest — the same way we do everything else.

No illegal use

Don't use Blimp, or any agent you build with it, for anything illegal under the laws that apply to you or to the people your agent talks to. That includes fraud, malware, weapons, and content that exploits or endangers people.

No harassment or impersonation

Don't build an agent that harasses, threatens, stalks, or intimidates anyone. Don't set up an agent to impersonate a real person without their consent — pretending to be someone you're not, to deceive the person on the other end.

No spam

Don't use an agent to send unsolicited mass messages, cold spam, or automated campaigns people didn't ask for. An agent that answers people who reach out is fine; an agent that floods people who didn't is not.

Suspension for abuse

If an agent is used in a way that breaks these rules, we can suspend or shut it down. We'll aim to tell you first when we can, but where there's ongoing harm we won't wait. A suspension stops the agent; it doesn't delete your account or your data.

One-click kill

You can shut down any agent you build, at any time, from your account settings — one click, no support ticket needed. We also reserve the right to shut down an agent ourselves if it's causing harm, and we will use that right when we have to.
